Turkey breast

Directions:
Directions:
Place turkey a shallow tinfoil dish then place into smoker that has been heated to 225ºF.
Suggested chips: cherry, oak, pecan or hickory. Maintain a temperature of 225-250 throughout smoking session. Generallow 30-40 minutes per pound. Basting every 45 minutes with butter. Remove from smoker when breast temperature reaches 160º. Let rest under tinfoil for 30 minutes before carving.
Tips:
Place a tin can with water in cooker to help keep turkey moist.
After an hour place a tinfoil tent over turkey.
