2 T olive oil
2 cloves crushed garlic
2 large onions chopped fine
3/4 tsp salt
1 tsp fresh oregano
2 T fresh basil
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
1 1/2 # peeled, seeded and chopped tomatoes
1/2 tsp sugar
fresh ground pepper
small can tomato paste

1. Sautee onion and garlic.

2. Dump all ingredients in a pot and cook 30-40 minutes.
