1/4 c butter
1 16 oz. pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 oz, soft cream cheese
1 8 oz. sour cream
1/2 - 3/4 c grated parmesan cheese
garlic powder to taste
pepper to taste
Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter add spinach saute for 5 min.
Mix in cream cheese, sour cream, blend
add parm. cheese, garlic powder and pepper. Mix and serve
