2 cloves garlic minced
4 plum tomatoes
2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
2 Tbsp capers
salt & pepper to taste
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper

Angel hair pasta

saute all the ingred.until sauce like. Pour over angel hair pasta and sprinkle with chopped parsley
