1½ pkg. cleaned spinach, torn into bite size pieces
1 sm. head lettuce, shredded
3 c. swiss cheese
1/2 lb. cooked bacon, crumbled
1 medium purple onion, chopped
3/4 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced

Mix all, dress just before serving.

3/4 c. red or white vinegar
1-1/2 c. corn oil
1-1/2 Tbs. poppy seed
3/4 c. sugar
1-1/2 Tsp. chopped green onion
1-1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. prepared mustard

Place all ingredients in blender except oil. Blend oil in slowly.
