3 Tbs. butter
3 Tbs. flour
1/2 tsp. thyme
1½ c. chicken broth
1/2 c. half & half
1½ tsp. lemon juice
Salt
Pepper
Chicken
Muchroom
Carrotts
1/2 c. chicken broth
Onions
Peas
Diced Potato, cooked to tender
Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter, add flour and thyme, simmer 3 minutes and add 1½ c. chicken broth, half & half, lemon juice, salt, pepper, chicken mushroom and carrot and potatoes, add 1/2 cup more broth and simmer. Add sauted onions and peas. Pour into favorite pie crust. Bake 350º until golden brown.
