2 lbs Beef Stew Meat
1 Cup Carrots- chopped
1 Cup Celery - chopped
2 Onions - chopped
1 Bay Leaf
1 Small Can of Tomato Sauce
3 TBSP Minute Tapioca
4 or 5 Potatoes
2 Beef Bouillon in
2 Cups of Water

Directions:
Directions:
Place in oven safe Roasting Pot or Dutch Oven.

Cook at 250º for 5 hours.

Do not peek in and check on it. Let it cook the whole time.
