2 # meat (beef and pork) cubed
3 onions
1 bunch celery cut into 1 in pieces
2 C fresh bean sprouts
1 # mushrooms water chestnuts
5 T soy sauce
4 T molasses

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a large pot brown meat and onion. Add water to cover meat. Add soy and molasses. Cook until meat is tender.

2. Add celery and cook until tender crisp.

3. Add other ingredients. Drain juice into pot and add 1/2 C cornstarch mixed with 1/2 C cold water to juice. Cook until thickened.

4. Return meat to pot. Serve with rice or Chinese noodles.
