Watergate Cake

1 white cake mix
3/4 cup oil
3 egg whites
1 1/2 cup 7-Up
1 box pistachio pudding mix (4 serving size)
1/2 cup coconut
1/2 cup chopped black walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Blend the cake mix, oil, egg white, 7-Up and the instant pudding mix. Beat 3 minutes. Fold in the coconut and the nuts. Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350º in 2 (8 or 9 inch) cake pans. If baked in a 9x13 inch baking dish, it will be necessary to bake longer.
 

Cover Up Icing

2 env. Dream Whip
1 box pistachio pudding (4 serving size - instant)
1 1/2 cups cold milk
Green food coloring

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare Dream Whip and instant pudding by beating them together with the cold milk and a few drops of food coloring until the mixture is thick.

Cake must be refrigerated.
