1 small box instant French vanilla pudding
4 eggs
1/2 cup oil
1 cup water (or use mandarin orange juice)
1 (16 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained well
1 Duncan Hines orange cake mix

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together. Divide into 3 equal parts and bake in 3 separate cake pans at 350º for 15 minutes, or until done. Cool on racks 30 minutes. Then cool 1 hour in the refrigerator. Layers must be cold. Chill cake plate.
 

Frosting


Ingredients:

1 large family size Cool Whip
1 small can unsweetened crushed pineapple, drain well
1 small box instant French vanilla pudding

Directions:
Directions:
May decorate with 1 (11 ounce) can mandarin oranges.

Beat the frosting ingredients together. Frost the cake. You may decorate with mandarin oranges. Store cake in the refrigerator.
