Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1/2 lb hot Italian sausage patties
1 lb ground meatball mix meat (veal, sirloin, pork)
1 tbsp. basil
1 tbsp. oregano
2 tbsp. minced garlic
1 chopped medium yellow onion
1/2 cup shredded parmesan romano cheese mix
1 package of mozzarella pearls (full milk)
1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
drizzle of Olive Oil
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Combine Italian sausage patties and meatball ground meats in large mixing bowl and mix until well combined. Add two whole eggs, 1/2 cup breadcrumbs, parmesean romano, chopped onion, garlic, basil, and oregano and mix until well combined. The consistency should be soft but not so soft that your meat mix will not form a ball or be overly sloppy. If it is too moist, add more breadcrumbs. (Sorry I don't often measure).

Take your mozzarella pearls and form your meatball around the cheese. This should make two large cookie sheets of meatballs with one inch apart depending on how meaty you like your...balls. Drizzle with olive oil.

Bake at 375 for 12-18 minutes. Meatballs should be golden. Cheese will partially melt out of this and formed nice gooey slightly crusty cheese deposits on the outside. And it is delicious!

Pair with your favorite sauce and pasta or add to a sub.
