8 oz goat cheese
1/4 cup parsley
1/4 chopped chives
2 teaspoons fresh thyme
2 teaspoons chopped rosemary
1 small garlic clove
salt and pepper
1 pomegranate, seeds separated
crackers, pita chips whatever you want to serve this with

Directions:
Directions:
In food processor, blend 8 oz goat cheese, parsley, chives, rosemary and garlic. season with salt and pepper. Form into a ball and roll in pomegranate seeds to fully coat. Refrigerate until firm, about 30 minutes. Serve with your choice of crackers.
