5 Pound garfish (ground)
1 1/2 Teaspoon salt
4 - 5 Teaspoons black pepper
Red pepper to taste
4 - 5 chopped garlic pods
Fresh parsley, chopped
Fresh green onions, chopped (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix fish with seasonings. (mix the same way you would meatballs)
Make fish balls and roll them in flour.
Brown in lightly-greased pan. (I use my black skillet)
After all the fish balls are browned, add a little more flour to the pan to make a little roux.
Add the balls to this gravy and let the fish cook slowly for about an hour.
Chop fresh parsley and green onions to garnish on top.
Serve over hot rice.

Delicious!

Add a dash of red hot sauce.
