Meat drippings
1/4 C flour

Directions:
Directions:
Pour meat drippings from pan into a large glass measuring cup. Skim off fat, reserving 1/4 C. Pour reserved fat into a skillet or saucepan and add flour. Stir until smooth. Cook over medium heat until flour browns, about 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Gradually stir in 2 C of meat drippings (if drippings measure less than 2 C add water.). Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened. Add salt and pepper to taste.
