1½ pounds Hamburger (I use 1 pound hamburger & ½ pound Italian sausage)
1 can (28 ounce) Tomato puree
1 can (28 ounce) Whole tomatoes
1 can (6 ounce) Tomato paste
1 clove Garlic - minced
1 small Onion - minced
2 tablespoons Oil
½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Oregano
1 teaspoon Parsley
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat in oil, when brown but not thoroughly cooked, add garlic and onion. Simmer until brown, not crisp. Add tomatoes, puree and paste. Add 1 cup water, stir in Worcestershire sauce, oregano, parsley and salt and pepper. Bring to a rolling boil.

Decrease heat and simmer for 2 to 3 hours.

This recipe provides 10 to 12 generous servings over pasta.
