Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 1/2 C flour
Pinch of salt
8-10 eggs
1 1/2 C milk

1/4 C butter

Directions:
Directions:
Place the 1/4 C butter in a 9 x 13 pan and put in the oven at 425º to let the butter melt. In the meantime, mix the flour and salt. Add eggs one at a time and beat until smooth. Slowly add the milk and mix well. When the butter has melted in the pan, tilt the pan to coat all of the bottom and sides. Pour in the batter and bake for ~20-30 minutes or until the sides have puffed up and are golden. Serve hot!

Personal Notes:
These are great with syrup, lemon and honey, or berries and whipped cream. They're a fun presentation when baked in large muffin tins for individual servings! They puff beautifully but fall quickly as they cool, so try to time them to eat immediately.
