6 Eggs
3 Cans evaporated milk
1 Can condensed milk
1 Cup granulated sugar
2/3 Cup granulated sugar
1 Can water
Nutmeg
Orange peel (wash orange before peeling)

Directions:
Directions:
Separate eggs.
Combine egg yolks, 1 cup of sugar, and condensed milk.
Beat egg whites until foamy. Gradually add 2/3 cup of sugar while beating egg whites until stiff peaks form.
Warm evaporated milk and water on low heat. Do not let milk come to a boil.
Add dissolved sugar, egg yolk, and condensed milk mixture to the evaporated milk.
Add the orange peel.
Top milk with egg whites.
Sprinkle with nutmeg.

Serve warm or cold.
