5 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
5 slices Swiss cheese
1 can cream of onion soup
1/4 cup white wine
Box of stuffing mix
1/4 cup butter
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a casserole dish and season breasts with salt and pepper. In a small mixing bowl, combine soup with white wine. Spread a couple spoonfuls of soup mixture to bottom of dish, and then place chicken breasts on top. Cover each breast with a slice of cheese then spread the rest of the soup mixture over top. Pour stuffing mix overtop and sprinkle on small chunks of butter. Cover with foil and bake for 35 minutes; remove foil and bake another 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
