Ingredients: 1lb. Rotini pasta (cork screw) Any medium size pasta will do 2 cups of bite size raw veggies - anything in your fridge - carrots -cucumbers - peppers - celery - cherry tomatoes / cut in 1/2 - 1/4 of onion purple or white / diced
Add anything you have on hand , there are no rules ! - jar of artichokes / drained and chopped - black olives / cut in half - small jar of red roasted peppers / cut to bite size pieces -salami pieces -sliced ham / cut to bite size pieces -small cubes of cheese / mozzarella , Chedder or provolone Good seasons Italian dressing 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:Cook pasta according to package / drain and rinse with cold water right away to cool pasta Put pasta and ALL ingredients except dressing and parm in a large bowl to toss and mix evenly
Depending on when you will serve the salad depends on adding the dressing .
If serving within a couple of hours , toss with dressing , reserving 1/4 cup . Add the 1/4 cup and parm cheese just before serving .
If not serving until next day , wait to toss with dressing until just before serving . The pasta soaks up the dressing over time.
Remember there are no rules with this salad , anything goes .
