1 egg white
1 T cold water
1/21. salt
Beat until frothy, but not stiff. Add:
1 lb nuts (pecans)
and mix lightly until each nut is coated.

In a bowl combine:
1/2 cup sugar
1/41. salt
1/21. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Add nuts and toss until lightly covered with the sugar mixture. Butter a 10" pan and spread nuts evenly over buttered surface. Bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour. Remove. Let cool.
