2 cups sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
2 1/2 cups flour
2 tsp. soda
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup cooking oil
1 cup hot coffee

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together dry ingredients; add eggs.vanilla, buttermilk and oil. Mix well. Add hot coffee. Stir well. Bake at 350º for 35 minutes in a 13x9 inch pan.
 

Vanilla or Chocolate Frosting (My favorite icing)

1 (16 oz.) pkg. powdered sugar
1/4 lb. butter (1 stick), softened
1 tsp. vanilla extract
5 Tbsp. milk

Mix and ice cake. For chocolate icing: Add 3 soup spoons of cocoa to above mixture.
