8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
8 ¼ oz. Crushed pineapples
2 Tbsp Onion finely chopped
¼ cup Chopped green pepper
Small package of nuts or pecan

Directions:
Directions:
Let cheese at room temperature for half an hour
Very important: DRAIN THE PINEAPPLES WELL

Mix pineapple, onion, green pepper and ¼ of the nuts into the softened cheese
Shape into a ball
Refrigerate for at least one hour
Remove from fridge, then roll cheese ball in the rest of the nuts
Place cheese ball back in the fridge for at least 12 hours
Serve with crackers
Enjoy
