German sausage or deer sausage
1 package of cream cheese
chicken base (to taste)

add desired amounts of vegetables:
potatoes
carrots
celery
broccoli
cauliflower
onions
Directions:
Directions:
Boil desired amount of potatoes, carrots, cauliflower, celery, and onions until tender in a large pot. Once tender add broccoli, cream cheese, and small bites of sausage. Simmer until cream cheese is melted and sausage is warmed through. Add chicken base to taste. Serve with warm bread or biscuits. Enjoy!

This is a favorite in our home. It was a mistake made great! I had to substitute cream cheese for shredded cheese, as I had forgotten to buy cheddar cheese earlier. We lived way out in the country, so cream cheese was the only "cheese" available.
