½ C Brown Sugar
¼ C Sugar
3 T Cocoa
2 tsp Baking Powder
1 dash Salt
½ C Milk
2 T Vegetable Oil
½ tsp Vanilla
¾ C Brown Sugar
2 T Cocoa
1 ¾ C Hot Water

Spray 4 qt crockpot with cooking spray. In large bowl, combine flour, ½ C brown sugar, sugar, 3 T cocoa, baking powder and salt. Add milk, oil, and vanilla; mix well. Pour into prepared crock pot. In medium bowl, stir remaining ¾ c brown sugar and 2 T cocoa together. Add hot water and mix until well blended. Pour over batter in crockpot; DO NOT STIR! Cover crockpot and cook on high about 2 hours or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
