3 Pounds fresh okra
1 Pound fresh lima beans
2 Pounds fresh corn
1/3 Cups chopped onions
1/3 Cup chopped green pepper
1/3 Cup chopped celery
2 Large tomatoes
1 Pound ham
2 Pounds shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 Teaspoon salt
1 Teaspoon black pepper
2 Tablespoons peanut oil

Directions:
Directions:
Dice okra, peel beans, remove corn from cob, and slice tomatoes.
In a saucepan, add oil and vegetables. Stir fry until all vegetables are cooked.
Peel and devein shrimp and dice ham.
Add shrimp and ham to mixture and season to taste.
Continue to fry until all ingredients are cooked.

Approximately 30 minutes.
