1 c. flour
¾ c. quick oats
½ c. brown sugar
1 t. cinnamon
1 cube butter

8 oz. pkg. cream cheese--softened
½ c. sugar
1 egg
1 t. vanilla

2-3 ripe pears, peeled and sliced
½ c. chopped pecans

Preheat oven 350º Grease glass 9" pie dish.
In small bowl, stir together flour, oats, brown sugar and cinnamon. Stir in pieces of butter with fork or pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Press ⅔ of mixture into the bottom of prepared pie dish. Bake for 15 minutes.
In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese with sugar, egg and vanilla. Spread over baked crust. Top with pear slices, overlapping in two layers. Add chopped pecans to remaining oat mixture and sprinkle on top of pears. Return to oven and bake 30 minutes more until topping is lightly golden. Cool on wire rack and then refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
