1 clove garlic--chopped
¼ c. onion--chopped
2 cans chopped clams
2 T. butter
4-6 oz. half and half
2 T. cornstarch
parsley, salt, and pepper to taste
cooked linguini
shredded parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and drain linguini.
Brown garlic and onion in olive oil. Add clam juice drained from cans, butter and half and half. Thicken with 2 T. cornstarch mixed with ¼ c. water when mixture is warm. Add clams and spices and heat thoroughly. Pour over cooked linguini and top with shredded parmesan cheese. This is for two people but can easily be adapted for 3 or 4.
