1 1/2 LB. GROUND BEEF
1 SMALL ONION, CHOPPED
1 CAN CREAM OF TOMATO SOUP
1 CAN GREEN BEANS, DRAINED
1 TSP. DRIED OREGANO
1 TSP. SALT
PEPPER TO TASTE
4-5 GOOD SIZED POTATOES, BOILED, MASHED AND SEASONED

BROWN GROUND BEEF AND ONIONS. ADD SOUP, BEANS, OREGANO, SALT AND PEPPER. COVER WITH FOIL AND BAKE FOR 20 MINUTES. REMOVE FOIL AND DROP MASHED POTATOES ON TOP OF MEAT MIXTURE AND SPREAD OVER MEAT TO THE SIDES. RETURN TO OVEN FOR 15 MINUTES. SERVE HOT.

KICK IT UP A LITTLE BY REPLACING 1/2 OF THE GROUND BEEF WITH PORK SAUSAGE. OR ADD SOME MINCED GARLIC TO THE MIX. THE AMOUNT OF MEAT CAN BE CUT BACK TO 1 LB FOR 4 SERVINGS.
