1 quart Scalded milk (let cool)
1 cup Mashed potatoes
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Oil
1 package Yeast (dissolved in ¼ cup warm water)
2 teaspoons Salt
2 teaspoons Baking powder
1 teaspoon Baking soda
12 cups Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the salt, baking powder, baking soda and flour together. Add the other ingredients then knead real good. You can make rolls or cinnamon rolls out of this bread or bread as needed. Keep in refrigerator for up to two weeks. Just pinch off what you want to make into rolls and let raise some before baking at 350 degrees. Cover with a damp dish towel to keep in fridge.
