1 cup Cornmeal
1 cup Buttermilk
1½ teaspoons Salt
1 teaspoon Soda
2 Eggs, beaten
1 cup Cream style corn
1 cup Jalapeno peppers
1 cup Cheese (Cheddar, Monterey Jack, Monterey Jack/Jalapeno)
½ cup Salad Oil

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together. Place in baking pan and bake at 325 degrees for one hour.
