1 cup Butter or margarine
2 cups Sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla
4 Eggs
3 cups Flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon Cream of tartar
½ teaspoon Baking soda
¾ cup Yogurt
1 teaspoon Lemon rind, grated
1 cup Nuts
2 cups Chopped plums

Directions:
Directions:
Cream the butter, sugar and vanilla well. Beat in 1 egg at a time. Mix the dry ingredients together. Add the yogurt and lemon rind to creamed mixture and alternate with the flour mixture. Add the nuts and chopped plums. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Makes 2 loaves.
