1 Pound bag frozen corn (defrosted)
1/2 Pound smoked sausage thinly sliced
1/2 Tasso cubed
1/2 Stick butter
1 Pound crawfish tails
1 Medium size jar of Ragu Old Worldİ
1 Medium onion chopped
1 Celery stalk chopped
1/2 Green bell pepper chopped
1/2 Red bell pepper chopped
2 Tablespoons chopped parsley
3 Garlic toes chopped

Directions:
Directions:
In a large, heavy pot, saute seasonings and meats in a little olive oil until seasonings are soft and meats are brown around the edges.
Add cayenne pepper and granulated garlic to taste. Stir and continue to let simmer.
Add the Raguİ, mix well, bring to a boil and simmer for about 10 minutes.
Add the thawed corn. Mix well. Bring back to a boil, add 1/2 stick butter, mix, cover, lower fire, and let simmer about 30 minutes.
If it's too thick, simply add water, a little at a time, stir, and let simmer.

Cook whole wheat angel hair pasta according to package directions. Serve Maque Choux over pasta.

The first time I tasted Maque Choux, I knew it had potential, but I wanted it without the milk. So after a few experiments, I came up with the recipe above. Of course, if you have shellfish allergies, just leave out the crawfish tails. I hope you enjoy it!
