1 cup All purpose flour
3 tablespoons Sugar
2 teaspoon Salt
1 package Yeast
Mix above in a bowl and set aside

¼ cup Water
1¼ cups Milk
3 tablespoon Crisco all-vegetable shortening
Heat above to 125 degrees

Directions:
Directions:
Pour liquid mixture into the bowl with the dry ingredients. Stir well. Add 2 cups flour gradually until a soft dough forms. Refrigerate the dough overnight. The next day, pour dough onto floured board and knead for a few minutes. Roll or press until ⅛ to ¼ inch thick. Cut out rolls and place, sides touching, in metal or clear glass pie plates and let rise for 1½ hours. Bake at 350-400 degrees until barely brown. Brush the tops with shortening or butter for browner crust.
