Two packages of frozen peaches
2T. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1 pinch of salt
1/2 c. flour
1 t. almond extract


Whipped cream or vanilla ice cream to serve it with

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle bottom of 9" Pyrex pie plate with cinnamon. Put the packages of peaches on top. In a bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add 1 egg, beaten, salt, flour and almond extract. Mix thoroughly and spread over fruit. Bake at 325 or 350 degrees for 45 minutes or more. Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
