Ground cinnamon
Two packages of frozen peaches
2T. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1 pinch of salt
1/2 c. flour
1 t. almond extract


Whipped cream or vanilla ice cream to serve it with

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle bottom of 9" Pyrex pie plate with cinnamon. Put the packages of peaches on top. In a bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add 1 egg, beaten, salt, flour and almond extract. Mix thoroughly and spread over fruit. Bake at 325 or 350 degrees for 45 minutes or more. Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.

Theresa Kruczeski always cooked this at Granny's. As her oven was an old fashioned one, the cooking time was sketchy but she always knew when it was done!
