1 quart vinegar
2 cups sugar
½ cup salt
2 teaspoon celery seeds
2 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon ground mustard
4 quarts, sliced, unpeeled zucchini
1 quart onions, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
1. Bring vinegar, sugar, salt and spices to a boil; pour over zucchini and onions; let stand one hour.
2. Bring to a boil; cook for 3 minutes.
3. Pack in hot sterilized pint jars; seal with lids, apply and adjust rings.
4. Process in boiling water bath for 5 minutes.
