20 ears sweet corn (2½ quarts kernels cut from cobs)
1 cup chopped green pepper
1 cup chopped sweet red pepper
1¼ cups chopped onion ( 4 medium)
1 cup chopped celery
1½ cups sugar
1½ Tablespoons mustard seeds
1 Tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon celery seeds
½ teaspoon turmeric
2⅔ cups vinegar
2 cups water

Directions:
Directions:
1, Boil corn 5 minutes; plunge into cold water. Cut kernels from cobs; measure.
2. Combine corn with all ingredients in large pan; simmer for 20 minutes.
3. Pack into clean, hot pint jars leaving 1-inch head space.
4. Be sure vinegar solution covers vegetables; apply and adjust lids and rings.
5. Process in boiling water bath for 15 minutes.
6. Remove jars from canner and allow to cool.
