green and yellow peppers
1 pint of vinegar
3 pints of water
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
1. Wash and cut peppers in half, lengthwise, removing cores. (Need enough to fill 4-6 pint jars).
2. Place peppers in clean sterilized pint jars.
3. Add to each jar, salt and oil - divided evenly between each pint of peppers.
4. Combine 1 pint of vinegar and 3 pints of water in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
5. Pour vinegar-water solution over each pint, covering the peppers.
6. Cover with sterilized lids and apply and adjust rings.
