Heat oven to 350
1cup real butter, softened
1 block cream cheese softened
2 cups sugar
2 tsp vanilla or almond if you like
4 eggs
4-1 ounce square unsweetened chocolate, melted
1 cup flour
Extras: toffee chips, white chocolate chips, dark chocolate chips, 1 tbs instant coffee, 2 tbs cocoa, chopped nuts, your choice.

Cream butter, cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla together.
Add eggs, mix well.
Add cocoa, instant coffee and melted chocolate, mix well.
Mix by hand flour and remain extras.
Put in a 9x 13 pan.
Cook 35 mins. If you have a good stove and cooks properly add 5 mins after first 35, if it's a stove like mine cook 35 mins and check repeatedly every 5-7 mins till done.
When cooled sprinkle powdered sugar on top. These can be made with box mix and you can use different extras (peanut butter cups are good with jelly drops on top)
