1 c. sugar
½ tsp. salt
½ c. melted butter
3 eggs
1½ c. milk
1 large can pineapple chunks drained
4-5 c. dry bread cubes

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º.
Mix together sugar, salt, butter, eggs and milk. Stir until well blended.
Add drained pineapple chunks and stir.
Put dried bread cubes in a well buttered casserole dish.
Pour pineapple mixture over bread cubes and toss to mix.
Bake until lightly browned, approximately ½ hour.
