Korean Bean Sprout Rice Recipe

2 c rice
2 c water
2 c bean sprouts
1# ground pork

MARINADE:
3 Tblsp soy sauce
3 Tblsp minced green onion
2 large garlic cloves, minced
1 Tblsp sesame oil

SAUCE:
⅓ c soy sauce
2 Tblsp chopped green onion
1-2 Tblsp sugar
2 tsp sesame oil
1 T sesame seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Wash rice, combine with water. Put in pan or rice cooker.

Combine pork with marinade-set aside.

Spread bean sprouts over rice.
Spread marinated pork over sprouts.

Put lid on pan, bring to boil. Turn down to medium. Boil for 10 minutes. Turn to low and cook for 5-10 minutes or until rice is soft. Remove from heat and mix well.

Assemble sauce and serve alongside the rice.
