2 tbsp olive oil
1 chopped onion
2 stalks chopped celery
2 cloves minced garlic
1 tbsp chili power
1 tsp cumin
6 cups chicken broth
1 can chopped green chiles
1 - 15 1/2 oz can corn or 2 cups frozen corn kernels
2 - 15 1/2 oz cans diced tomatoes
1 tsp oregano
1 cup cooked shredded chicken
kosher salt and coarsely ground black pepper to taste
lime juice and cilantro leaves for garnish (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in pan. Cook onion, celery, and garlic for 5 minutes. Add chili powder, cumin, and broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 15 minutes. Add chiles, corn, tomatoes, oregano, and chicken and cook for another 10 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Remove from heat and garnish with lime and cilantro leaves if desired.
