2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 ½ t. baking powder
1 t. salt
½ t. baking soda
1 T. grated orange peel
1 c. orange juice
2 T. butter
1 egg
1 c. chopped cranberries
½ c. chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º Grease and lightly flour bundt pan.
Combine all ingredients except last two with mixer. Stir in nuts and cranberries. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 35-40 minutes until golden brown on top. Remove immediately from pan and cool on wire rack.

For Christmas gifts: you can double recipe and use 3 gift loaf pans. Bake on a cookie sheet for 40 minutes. Leave in pans and cool on wire rack. Wrap in cellophane and tie with a pretty ribbon.
