1 lb cod or perch fillets
4 tbsp melted butter
2/3 cup crushed saltine crackers
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp basil
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
If fish are frozen, thaw and pat dry with paper towel. Mix dry ingredients together and put on plate or in a flat bowl. Dip fillets in melted butter and then in crumb mixture, coating all sides evenly. Arrange fish in baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350º for 30 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
