Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 packages of Pillsbury pie crust dough
1 can apple filling
Apple butter (optional but makes it taste better I think)
Egg wash
Cinnamon and sugar (3 parts sugar to 1 part cinnamon)
Circle cookie cutter (or a coffee mug or cup or bowl)

Directions:
Directions:
Roll dough on lightly floured surface, cut into circles (make even amount of circles because you need a top and a bottom)
Egg wash dough
Put a small amount of apple butter in center (less than ½ teaspoon) on half of the circles. Add a Tablespoon or two of apple pie filling on top of that.
Set top piece on top and fork around the edges to keep them together. Egg wash top and sprinkle cinnamon sugar on top.
Cook on 350º for about 15-18 minutes. Makes around 24 mini pies (depending on the size of circle)

When cooled I mix powder sugar and milk to make a “frosting” and lightly drizzle onto pies.
