1 T (1 1/2 t.) fresh dill sprigs or 1/4 t. dry dill weed
16 oz (8 oz) cream cheese at room temperature, cut into pieces
7 3/4 oz (3 3/4 oz) canned red salmon, thoroughly drained
1 t. (1/2 t.) liquid smoke
2 t. (1 t.) lemon juice
7 - 9 (3 - 5) drops Tabasco
chopped parsley

If using fresh dill process until minced. Remove. Add cream cheese. Process until smooth. Add dill and
remaining ingredients. Process until very smooth. Makes 2 cups (1 cup).
