Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4 lbs pork baby back ribs
Salt and pepper
2 cups ketchup
1 cup chili sauce
½ cup packed brown sugar
4 tbsp vinegar
2 tsp dried oregano
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 dash hot sauce

Directions:
Directions:
If the butcher hasn't already done this, you will need to remove the membrane from the ribs first. Place a spoon under the membrane and lift it up. In most cases, it should pull off in a strip. If left on it can cause ribs not to tender and leave a very chewy skin on them.

In a medium bowl, mix together the ketchup, chili sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, oregano, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, and salt and pepper. Place ribs in slow cooker. Pour sauce over ribs, and turn to coat.

Cover and cook on Low 6 to 8 hours, or until ribs are tender.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
To do these on the grill: I slow smoke these over indirect heat for 2 hours. Remove and place in foil. Pour sauce over top. Tightly seal foil and return to grill for another two hours.
