For Bars:
1 1/2 Cups Brown Sugar
2 Eggs
2 Tablespoons Molasses
1 Tablespoon Butter
1 teaspoon Vanilla
2 Cups Flour
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Cloves
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
3 Tablespoons Hot Water
1/4 Cup Slivered Almonds
1/4 Cup Seedless Raisins
9-13 ounce jar Mincemeat

For Glaze:
1 1/2 Cup Powder Sugar
3 Tablespoon Milk
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
1/2 teaspoon Almond Flavoring

Directions:
Directions:
-Preheat oven to 400

-Measure out Flour, soda and spices in bowl; set aside.
-With mixer on medium speed, mix sugar, eggs, molasses, butter and vanilla.
-Add Hot water and Gradually add flour mixture; completely combine.
-Add in Mincemeat, almonds and raisins until mixed through. Batter will be somewhat runny.
-Pour into Greased Sheet cake pan.

-Bake 15-20 minutes.

-Remove from oven and spread on glaze.
-Mix glaze 2-5 minutes before done. (If you make it too soon it will dry out.)
-For Glaze: Put all ingredients in a small bowl and mix with a fork or small whisk.
