"Plain fresh bread, its crust shatteringly crisp. Sweet cold butter. There is magic in the way they come together in your mouth to make a single perfect bite."--Ruth Reichl

Graham cracker crumbs
A little melted butter to bind the graham cracker crumbs
Bag of shredded coconut
Bag of semi sweet chocolate bits
1 14-ounce can of condensed milk
Any type of chopped nuts you like

Directions:
Directions:
Use 9x12 oven pan out really any size.
Use enough graham crackers to cover the bottom.
Melt butter, a few tablespoons is usually enough to moisten and bind the crumbs
Layer in order: coconut, chocolate and nuts
Drizzle condensed milk over the entire top using the entire can.
Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes or until the chocolate is completely melted.

Let stand for at least 15 minutes before cutting into bars.

Difficult to cut when really warm as it is "gooy" but also harder to eat when chocolate has completely solidified.

No fail and quick. My kids still like them.
