1 (1 oz) envelope dry onion soup mix

1/3 cup olive oil

1 large plastic bag

2 lbs. halved red potatoes

Directions:
Directions:

Put dry onion soup and olive oil in plastic bag.

Put in halved potatoes and make sure properly covered

Put in medium baking dish and bake 40 mins.
Stir occasionally.

Should be done by testing fork tender.

This is a recipe that you can make as many or as little as you want. For example, you could cut all the ingredients in halve and it is just enough or double for a larger amount needed. You only really know by your families eating habits and the amount of potatoes. Lets face it, when coming to potatoes and especially roasted potatoes, the more the merrier and they will be eaten.
