3-4 lbs sirloin steak (or any steak of your choice)
Marinade for Pepper Steak (see recipe in Dressings, Marinades, & Sauces section)
vegetable oil
fondue pot

Directions:
Directions:
Trim steak and cut into 1 inch pieces. Cover with marinade and refrigerate for several hours. Take meat out of refrigerator 20-30 minutes before eating to reach room temperature. Pour oil 2-3 inches deep in fondue pot. Heat oil to 350º. Place meat on fondue forks and cook individually 2-3 minutes until desired doneness.
